U9agent Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the u9agent platform is fully subject to these Terms and Conditions. Each time you browse the website, use the mobile app, or access any service provided by u9agent, you directly and implicitly agree to comply with all provisions in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you not to use the u9agent platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and u9agent.

2. Membership Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the u9agent platform is restricted to individuals who are of age 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age. u9agent reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close the account of any player found to be underage.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at u9agent at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balance.

• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared with any other party.
• Players are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification Process (KYC)

4. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by u9agent are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, one IP address and one payment method per family or household.
• U9agent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including bonus arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

5. Game Rules and Player Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

The results of all games are final and binding. u9agent will not alter or void any valid game result except in cases where a proven technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such cases, u9agent reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original wager amount to the player.

6. Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure

U9agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Recommendation by legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated period
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the u9agent customer support team. Prior to account closure, all unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and only the eligible cash balance will be returned.

7. u9agent Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u9agent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the u9agent platform, including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, game software, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of u9agent or our licensed partners. Copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any of this content without prior written consent from u9agent is strictly prohibited.

The trade name "u9agent" and all associated trademarks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this name or these trademarks is a serious violation and may be subject to legal action.
